Shipping Information

All orders normally dispatched within 1-3 working days. We assign a unique barcode to your order, which is then scanned and tracked all the way through to your doorstep. You will receive an email with your tracking information.

FREE SHIPPING on ALL orders over $49 applies to deliveries within Australian only. Standard shipping of $8 applies to all other orders within Australia. A standrd shipping fee of $5 applies to all orders from within the United States (USA).

Australia Post Standard:

- Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Gold Coast: Allow 2-5 working days

- Country Victoria: Allow 3-5 working days

- Perth, TAS, Regional NSW and QLD: Allow 3-7 working days

- Regional WA/NT: Allow 4-10 working days

USA and Canada (United States Postal Service)

- All orders made from within the United States will be dispatched from our USA based fulfillment centre. Orders dispatched from within the USA will incurr a Standard $5 shipping fee. Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery.
